UX Designer 

• Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business and user needs.
• Play a vital role in the product development process, from creating the vision and strategy for product features to crafting the fit and finish of interface details.

About the role

As UX Designer you will work on the design of complex software testing products. You will be an independent expert, working in a team environment that supports boosting creativity, you will have space to improve your design skills.

• Preparation of intuitive, friendly, useful solutions based on the collected knowledge, business and user needs.
• Refining the current design system.
• Conducting research and interviews, getting to know the testing industry, analysis of competing systems.
• Gathering and evaluating requirements in collaboration with the product owner and project team.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Working as mentor and coach for colleagues

We are looking for you if you have: 

• 4+ years of experience in related field.
• Very good knowledge of design and prototyping tools, especially Figma.
• Ability to turn problems into user friendly & intuitive solutions.
• Courage to speak up and a can-do approach. Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team (developers, product managers, product owners, etc)
• English on at least B2 level.
