Responsibilities:
- Working in a highly specialized team responsible for delivering Managed Services for cloud and hybrid environments. Sometimes working as a consultant on projects.
- Planning, implementing, and maintaining cloud and hybrid solutions using different Microsoft technologies and services.
- Troubleshooting and solving difficult technical problems (L2 and L3 incidents and requests).
- Creating and maintaining documentation (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Solution Design, articles in Knowledge Base).
- Continuous improvement of existing processes, tools, and approaches.
- Automation of repetitive tasks and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Taking part in presales activities (i.e. preparing PoC, technical workshops).
Requirements:
Skills:
- Ability to design, implement and maintain solutions based on Microsoft products and services to meet specific business requirements.
- Knowledge of core security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, in a wide range but with different levels of specialization (strongspecialityin some of them is nice to see), e.g.:
- IAM: Active Directory (GPO, DNS), Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Graph,
- M365: Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive), Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune),
- Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS:
- Virtual Machines, Networking (NSGs, Load Balancer, Firewall), Function App,

- Logic Apps, Azure Monitor (KQL, Workbooks), Azure Automation, Azure Recovery, Azure Backup,

- SQL Managed Instance, SQL Database,

- On-premises: System Center, WSUS, Hyper-V,
- Others: PowerShell, SSO/SAML, Azure DevOps and Azure Repos,
- Nice to have: Mimecast, Zscaler, Veeam, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles like Administrator, Consultant, and Support engineer in Microsoft environment, ideally with direct exposure to the external client.
- ITIL Foundation certificate is nice to have.
Attitude:
- Analytical mind with the ability to search for solutions and solve complex problems.
- Willingness to learn new things on your own.
- Good understanding of client's needs and impact on business.
- Transparency and extreme ownership of tasks (responsibility and commitment).
- Ability to make decisions and solve issues proactively.
- Ability to manage own time efficiently.
Communication:
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Very good English (min. B2, work in an international environment).
