We are looking for a Remote Cloud Engineer to build out an extremely large platform for a FinTech client backed by a very large international bank. (200m customers, Approx. 10bn transactions annually)

Initial projects are focused around: 

• Migration to Kubernetes
• Setup of a Multi-Region environment (Zero down-time)
• Setup of a Multi-Cloud environment

Basic Info:

• Daily rates played in Euros
• Contract lengths are 6 months each, project predicted to last over 24 months from now
• Applicants must be able to work as a remote freelancer compliantly from a country within the EU or The UK.

The primary cloud platform is AWS (Hybrid on the way), the full stack is listed below.

• Experience Kubernetes, and Bosh or Concourse (CI server).

• Experience of using a Continuous Integration server (Concourse, Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Travis et al).

• Understanding/experience of provisioning tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Helm.

• Ops experience (designing/operating networks, AWS infrastructure).
