We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst who will join the team for one of our projects.

Who are we?

Glorium Technologies is an outsourcing company with an HQ in NJ and development centers in Ukraine, Poland, and Cyprus. We were founded in 2010 and have already expanded our team to over 190 sharp-minded people. The majority of our projects are within Healthcare and Real Estate domains.

Does this relate to you?

• Experience in BA 3+ years.

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), FinTech or Healthcare.

• Excellent English, both verbal and written.

• Understanding of blockchain technology.

• Strong communication skills.

• Analytical skills and critical thinking to process information from different sources.

• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills.

• Self-motivated and well-organized, able to set clear goals and priorities and execute them.

• High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback.

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodologies and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability).

• Experience in notating business processes/workflow.

• Experience with prototyping tools

About the project:

Project is an asset and portfolio management platform that centralizes operational and financial data. It allows to better visualize and analyze performance. It streamlines manual reporting by removing data silos across the entire organization. It leverages asset management software in order to scale the business and boost operational efficiency.

Nice to have:

• Technical background as PM, Dev, QA

• Processes improvement experience

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Participating in gathering and creation of requirements

• Bridging business, support, and technical sides of the company.

• Clarifying requirements, ensuring clarity and sufficiency of those. Managing change requests.

• Specifying requirements as User Stories & Tasks to guide new features development. Support team in requirements clarifications.

• Participating in the review of backlog, working on a roadmap, and prioritization for upcoming releases.

• Participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Proactively identifying and effectively assessing improvement opportunities
