Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English is a must
• rich experience (6+ years) and broad interests in software development and architecture including past experience with programming backend and frontend applications
• experience working in Solution/Software Architect roles (formally or informally)
• working experience in modern web development
• working experience in designing distributed applications on the AWS
• knowledge and experience in native AWS services
• knowledge of DevOps practices, especially containerisation and orchestration
• good presentation and communication skills
• ability to build authority and form strong relationships
• ability to deal with ambiguity while working in a continually changing environment under indirect supervision
• high decision-making and prioritizations skills

O stanowisku / o projekcie 

As a Domain Architect, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction and architecture of one of the product areas/domain of ERGO Group. In this position, you will be the team leader of a team of 2-4 solution architects. You will work closely with domain/area business, product, and management stakeholders. Your goal will be to help your architects to design highly available, scalable, and secure digital, cloud-based solutions that run in the complex ERGO environment. You will cooperate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners. Ultimately, you will ensure that designed solutions comply with ERGO group governance processes. As a team leader, you will be helping, motivating, and assessing your subordinates.

Zakres obowiązków

1. establish and maintain relationships with all domain stakeholders 
2. synchronising designs between all subordinate solution architects 
3. helping, motivating, and assessing a team of architects 
4. working with enterprise architects on designing, explaining, and documenting the big picture of the architecture solution of the domain 
5. advising regarding architecture patterns and other reference architecture components 
6. assessing and communicating risks in areas of security and design quality constraints 
7. leading research, evaluating, and driving modern technologies/solutions to solve project/customer needs
