Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English is a must
• rich experience (6+ years) and broad interests in software development and architecture including past experience with programming backend and frontend applications
• working experience in creating web applications – Frontend (React or Angular) and Backend for Frontend (Java or NodeJS or Python or PHP)
• knowledge about microservices patterns and DDD
• working experience in designing distributed applications on the AWS
• knowledge and experience in native AWS services
• knowledge of DevOps practices, especially containerization and orchestration
• good presentation and communication skills
• high decision-making and prioritization skills

O stanowisku / o projekcie 

The role of a Junior Architect is intended for senior developers who would like to move to the next stage of development of an IT expert. In this position, you will be designing, explaining, and documenting – the architectural solution and security countermeasures. As a junior, you will be under the supervision of an experienced senior architect. You will be participating in many internal and external trainings. You will work closely with architecture, security, and development teams to design highly available, scalable, and secure digital, cloud-based solutions that run in the complex ERGO environment. You will cooperate with a diverse group of internal stakeholders. Ultimately, you will ensure that designed solutions comply with ERGO group governance processes.

Zakres obowiązków

1. designing and searching for the best method to implement distributed systems 
2. modeling in UML and ArchiMate diagrams of solution 
3. making spikes to know the technologies you will be introducing 
4. documenting in confluence architecture decisions, goals, debts, risks, tech quality requirements 
5. discussing solutions with other architects, product owners, developers 
6. explaining solutions to developers and other project stakeholders 
7. working in Ergo frameworks for projects and architecture (introduced at the job start)
