We are a Czechia based Backend Dev. team currently in creation. Working on inhouse product development project for smart buildings and facility automation by Swiss based Leicom ITEC AG. We want the time spent working to be enjoyable. So we focus strongly on the hiring to make sure we keep a top-tech, friendly and reliable working enviroment. 

• 3 BE Developers in GO <- these are our open positions we are looking to fill in Czech Republic.

• Team Lead Andreas is the author of the microservice framework on GitHub, which is used in the

  projects. Andreas has experience from already existing team operating in Switzerland.

• Björn, our Swiss based Head of Dev., has an open door policy, is active in development and is frequently joining stand-ups, retros, sprint plannings and specialists discussions.

• GO backend development, a popular programming language with bright future forecast. We apply microservice architecture, containerization and clean dev-ops. GO, SQL, GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Asana, Slack and so on. We also have a dev-ops dedicated colleague.

• We have a dedicated testing team, our developers are not UAT testers. The GO dev position offers mainly remote work.

• SCRUM method is meaningfully applied. Tasks max. size 2 to 3 days with estimations in t-shirt sizes. Sprints include buffer for fixes and eventual production incidents. 2 weeks sprints and a straight forward set up ticketing system, clean work with sprints, capacity and time planning.

• As a product development team, our focus is strong on sustainable and clean code and architecture, sprint left overs are not handled by overtimes. Anybody can and, is encouraged to bring in a new solution proposals. Explain, vindicate in team, and if the team’s conclusion is positive, then this new approach is being applied overall the project.

• A state of the art Swiss company project with over 25 years of existence in the smart building business. Eventual travels to Winterthur 1 to 3 times a year are possible, but not a must. Of course, paid expenses.

Zakres obowiązków

1. development of backend applications in micro service architecture 
2. passing the onboarding program, a roadmap so you know what to focus at the beginning 
3. participating on regular standups and sprint calls (no non-sense meetings) 
4. cooperating with team lead and new colleagues 
5. participating on yearly individual personal development plan put together from your and companies expectations
