• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails;
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred);
• The initiative, result-driven, and self-motivated thinker who works well alone or in group settings with minimal direct supervision;
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills ;

The platform makes it easy for doctors to communicate with their patients and with each other. It is already used by many US clinics to provide a positive patient experience and simplify administrative workflow.

There are additional requirements for medical information, so security is an additional challenge in design and development. For this reason, it makes the engineering process especially interesting. Zakres obowiązków

1. Design, develop and deliver high-quality back-end services to be consumed by end-users and front-ends 
2. Add new functionality to existing systems, while constantly working to improve usability, quality, performance, and scalability 
3. Provide technical leadership, guidance and support to other team members 
4. Work closely with UX designers, product management, and end-users to create exceptional user experiences 
5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of existing products 
6. Deliver constant value back to the business in a highly agile team approaching continuous deployment
