We are looking for an UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) with passion for enterprise solutions who will be a vital player ensuring the successful delivery of value in the field of Pricing + Quoting Sea Logistics.
Your Role
As UX/UI Designer (m/f/d), you take an active role in the definition and early development of new IT solutions. With your expertise, you support the feature-oriented UX/UI conception and usability as well as the further development of the web applications. You are the person that contributes significantly to high-quality services and high customer satisfaction. You are responsible to guide ideas, features and products through the stages of their lifecycle from the UX/UI perspective, i.e. from ideation and definition of requirements, development, up to the final demo to the stakeholders. Throughout the process, you are able to discuss, structure, and communicate complex content with stakeholders on all levels of the company.
Your Responsibilities
We are building up a new IT team in Wroclaw, which will be the counterpart for our already existing and strong team in Hamburg. Together we want to grow even further as one product team, hand in hand with the business unit and soon with you
Gather, challenge and evaluate user needs and requirements together with the business units, architects, business analysts and software engineers as well as other product teams and service departments
Execute manual UX/UI acceptance test using JIRA as the issue tracking collaboration tool and conduct general usability testing sessions
Be involved in the collaborative process for the definition of products and solutions. Create concepts and ideas for new features and applications based on requirements and customer needs
You work closely together with other UX designers and web development experts to make sure our quality standards are uphold and that our users can use our applications effectively and efficiently
Your Skills and Experiences
At least two years of experience in UI design as well as in UX conception of complex web platforms, ideally in the B2B area and best case with UX design tool Figma
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS is desirable und very useful
Experience with Frontify (brand management platform), JIRA, Confluence and Miro is an awesome bonus to make you a great candidate
Strong analytical skillset and mindset. Ability to structure and communicate complex content
Communicative and integrative personality, keen to maintain a network within the company
Willingness for knowledge sharing and continuous learning
High motivation to deliver outstanding solutions with great UX
Fluency in written and spoken English. Polish is highly appreciated. German skills are nice to have
