As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, you will look after the quality-of-service requirements for cloud architecture, govern the HR product hosting and deployment strategy. 

Own, oversee, evangelise, and drive cloud quality-of-service requirements delivery.

1. SLA/SLO/SLI 
2. Data sovereignty, data protection and security 
3. Performance, reliability, availability, and capacity 
4. Private and public cloud compatibility 
5. Collaborating with all architects and getting their buy-in to roll out new concepts that will improve product hosting 
6. Mentoring and developing technical skills within the Cloud Fabric, Cloud Services and Engineering. 
7. When time permits develop production ready infrastructure for the engineering to use. 
8. Produce proof of concepts that could be handed over to the engineering or platform team for full-scale development. 
9. Producing technical design documents that clearly communicate cloud infrastructure architecture. 
10. Promote the use of DevSecOps and site reliability engineering practices ensuring that application changes are deployed into production in a repeatable and reliable manner ensuring a high level of quality and maintainability. 
11. Undertake research as required and attend conferences and events, documenting afterwards to extend the team knowledge. 
12. To define the business’s continuous delivery and infrastructure guidelines.
