• Strong Java development skills

• Excellent SQL skills

• Experience delivering customization/configuration changes in a LIMS application (ideally within Labvantage LIMS)

• Experience working in a GxP validated environment

• Experience working in Agile development environment

• Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems

• Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills

• BS Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent    

• Minimum six years IT experience

We are looking for a LIMS Developer to work in our Digital Labs DevOps team partnering with Quality Control laboratories across the world.  Do you have a passion for IT in a global life sciences environment?  Then we would love to hear from you.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Act as a technical expert for the Labvantage LIMS application with the Digital Labs DevOps team 
2. Deliver new features, application changes and interfaces to other applications through configuration or customization 
3. Work on projects to rollout LIMS to new sites 
4. Work with Quality Control teams and other functions to turn new requirements into system designs, deliver and test the solutions to meet the requirements 
5. Provide L2 technical support for Labvantage LIMS and associated interfaces 
6. Lead stakeholder interviews to align product design with business benefits and strategy 
7. Follow IT processes and practice for development, changes and incidents ensuring completeness of all documentation and plans. 
8. Learn and work with Danaher Business Systems methodologies for continuous process improvement; proactively suggesting solutions to business users
