• At least two years experience as ServiceNow Developer is mandatory
• Experienced with HTML5, JavaScript and frameworks (front-end and back-end)
• Experienced with API integrations development.
• Practical knowledge of database architecture design and operations.
• Experienced in working in challenging and ambiguous environments.
• Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodology, with participation in the full software development life
  cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.
• University degree in Computer Science or another technical degree with IT experience.

Zakres obowiązków

1. Input in the road map of ServiceNow to improve end users and fulfillers experience to engage and utilize IT support.
2. Development and maintenance of processes (primarily ITSM) in ServiceNow.
3. Development and troubleshooting interfaces between ServiceNow and 3 rd party platforms.
4. In collaboration with ServiceNow resources, performing platform testing.
5. Supporting internal Falck ServiceNow “Community of Practice” initiatives.
6. Resolving tickets and fulfilling ServiceNow related requests within the platform.
7. Working with the current project teams using Agile methodology.
8. Participation in sprint planning, sprint demonstrations, and sprint review sessions.
9. Conducting ServiceNow training for end-users and fulfillers
