We're looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated, and well-organised Senior Software Engineer proficient in Go with extensive backend expertise to join our client's world-class global team in delivering solutions to the logistics industry and beyond.

Requirements:

+ 5 years of hands-on, relevant software delivery experience, mainly in the Backend

At least 2 years of experience with Golang

An excellent grasp of the key drivers of business goals and an ability to make the trade-offs between speed to market, technical debt, and business strategy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can communicate complex, technical concepts at the right level for the intended audience

Ability to think critically, ensuring software standards, conventions, performance, and fault tolerance of the highest caliber

When it comes to the tech stack, you should have experience working with the majority of the following:

Languages: Golang, Typescript, Bash

Protocols: GraphQL, gRPC, REST

Methodologies: TDD, BDD, SCRUM, Clean Architecture, CQRS

Fundamentals: Linux, Networking, Cloud Platforms, Docker/OCI Containers

Tools: Docker Compose, GIT, Goland

Frameworks/Libraries: Temporal, Flutter, ELK/Graylog/Loki, AMQP & Other Brokers

As Senior  Software Engineer, you will:

Proactively address any issues or blockers

Collaborate with Management, Project Management, and QA to meet goals and deadlines

Provide estimations of development effort as feedback to the Product Team and Management

Ensure project documentation is completed on time and maintained as part of the project lifecycle

Drive efficiencies and velocity of team's output
