You will work (in the Polish time zone) with one of our American clients from Wrocław, Szczecin, Kielce, or remotely.

• Required: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, experience in working with several IT teams in different domains, experience in scaling Scrum (LeSS, SAFe), PSM I, Fluent in English speaking and writing - min. C1, Fluent Polish
• Nice to have: PSM-II, Scaled Agile certificate, history of working with American stakeholders

About the role - you will:

• Work on improving the productivity of our teams and removing impediments
• Work on improving processes across the company and within MasterBorn Teams
• Take responsibility for the processes inside the projects you will be assigned to
• Take responsibility for scaling Scrum in our and client’s Teams
• Support the Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner and the Development Team in the process of delivering the most valuable products
• Facilitate Scrum events in a way that makes them efficient and valuable to Team members and clients
• Build awareness of the Agile way of working among our clients, so they understand it and feel comfortable with it

• Apple Macbook Pro and… Nivona (best coffee machine ever)

Your Knowledge & Experience:

• Min. 3+ years of commercial experience working with external clients (preferably in the Software house)
• Worked with different IT teams in various domains 
• Know the difference between "doing Agile" and "being Agile"
• Have theoretical and practical knowledge about using Scrum in the product development process
• Have knowledge of how to support, motivate and guide the project team
• Have the ability to adjust the development process to a client’s needs 
• Have experience in creating and running training, workshops and other educational activities
• Have the ability to explain to our clients what it means to work in the Scrum framework and how valuable it can be for them and the development team
