Opis oferty

Must have:

  • Min. 7 years of experience in frontend development 
  • Experience in leading  a team or Community of developers 
  • Excellent knowledge of SPA frameworks (especially React) and Typescript 
  • In-depth knowledge of frontend testing tools and methodologies  
  • Experience in defining software pipeline in Jenkins / Gitlab CI / GH Action or similar  
  • Proficiency with git, npm & node 
  • Familiarity with networking and infrastructure 
  • Experience in cloud based web applications development (aws preferred) and containerization (kubernetes, docker) 
  • Great communication skills  

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Node based fullstack framework 

Opis oferty

We are looking for a person with solid background in frontend development as well as  great understanding of current and new trends in this area. Based on this knowledge you will be responsible for designing and revising existing standards, technologies, architecture and tools used on daily basis. The Chapter Lead is also expected to build and promote  the company's Front-end Community as well as take responsibility for cross-project solutions and technologies used in product teams. In addition you will be a mentor of front-end developers.

Zakres obowiązków

  1. Coordinating frontend development across multiple squads by defining enterprise architecture, technical standards and processes
  2. Developing and maintaining cross-project libraries, pipelines and documentations
  3. Leading an engaged community of frontend developers, encouraging knowledge sharing
  4. Working together with leaders of dev teams and other chapters
  5. Shaping recruitment & onboarding process
  6. Mentoring & advising developers on their personal development
  7. Representing company on external events
