ServiceNow Team at Sii provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platforms used within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / ITBM(PPM) modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will join the team working on many projects utilizing various modules and applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Zakres obowiązków

  1. Create and maintain existing documentation
  2. Take part in the testing and deployment activities
  3. Participate in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
  4. Perform platform upgrades, including skipped records review
  5. Execute administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
  6. Raise opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
  7. Make scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
  8. Create, customize and modify flow/workflow, portals, and widgets
  9. Set up dashboards with reporting capabilities
  10. Integrate with third-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
  11. Validate technical solutions before deployment
