• At least 2 years of project experience in software engineering
• Experience in JavaScript and TypeScript in the Backend area
• Knowledge of Linux Internals
• Very good English (both spoken and written)
• NPM Experience in Automotive - nice to have
• Experience in NodeJS - nice to have
• Experience in C++ (11/14/17 standard) - nice to have
• Knowledge of YAML/Zuul/CI - nice to have

GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Backend Engineer (Typescript) to join our engineering team.

Do you want to cooperate with one of the biggest European Automotive OEMs? If yes, that works out perfectly because currently, we are looking for a Backend Engineer! 

We are responsible for the design and development of the embedded software for the electronic control units of the cars, as well as related tools and frameworks. Our responsibilities are also the development, integration, and validation of multiple Middleware applications and services for the current and the next-generation car lines. We work in areas of the remote software update, telematics & connectivity, context-aware systems, and application platforms.

We are committed to modern development methodologies and tools like continuous integration, agile development, and test automation to design and implement innovative and high-quality software.

As a part of the JavaScript Engineering Team, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of a JS applications platform solution, that runs with the help of NodeJS runtime inside the Vehicle.
