Must have:

• 4+ years of Magento 2 experience, Object-oriented PHP 7.x / 8.x++ programming skills, fluent knowledge of Magento 2 architecture.
• Experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript (jQuery, Knockout, react.js, Bootstrap, etc.) and the ability to build responsive solutions/optimization for different browsers.
• Developing high-quality software that uses standards set by Code Sniffer, PSR, writing UNIT Tests, paying more attention to elements related to code performance.
• Experience in handling SVN/GIT.
• Knowledge of the English language at the communicative level, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and theories in the field of software engineering (including SOLID).

Nice to have:

• Experience in solving scalability and performance problems (both from the application layer and server components: Redis, Varnish, RabbitMQ, Database Sharding).
  
• Knowledge of database challenges and programming skills in SQL: MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience in working in international teams.
