WHAT WE EXPECT

1. Strong knowledge of modern back-end and JavaScript ecosystem, allowing to choose the right tool for the job 
2. Expertise in Node.js development with a focus on building scalable and efficient server-side applications
3. Proficiency in using TypeScript for building type-safe and maintainable code
4. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus
5. Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code
6. At least 4 years of commercial experience in software development
7. Knowledge and understanding of current back-end development trends
8. Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and working with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
9. Experience in using common Node.js backend frameworks and libraries such as Express, Koa, or NestJS
10. Good understanding of server-side performance optimization
11. Good knowledge of English is a must (both spoken and written), we work with clients from all over the world (USA, Australia, Switzerland, etc.)
12. Polish language is required, as internally we are a Polish speaking company
