About the role

As a Ruby Developer you will work on delivering tools for internet traffic arbitrage for our internal team of media buyers. You will have a chance to delve into Ruby intricacies modeling complex business domain problems in the advertisement technology realm. We operate in a fast paced environment with no bureaucracy and small, cross functional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code and maintain features for internal clients team
• Discover, analyze and validate potential areas of expansions for our product in close collaboration with product managers
• Follow the existing, and suggest methods for improving, software engineering best practices within the team

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering
• Good knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• REST API
• Working understanding of software testing
• Interest in learning front end development
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres)
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and Vue.js
• AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS)
